We are excited to tell you that we are becoming a part of Acroud Group. This means that there will be a shift in the ownership, but not in the structure of the business.
The Voonix team will be shareholders in Acroud which means that our focus will remain the same, but with Acroud in the back we will accelerate our innovation and development plans to improve further on the functionalities and overall benefits of being a Voonix client.
At Voonix we value the privacy of our clients. We know that the data you entrust us with is sensitive in nature and for that reason we have always adhered to a range of strict policies in order to protect your privacy. These policies are:
– We maintain high security standards in our data systems
– Every client has their own separate part of the cloud server
– All data is encrypted
– Only the CTO and the tech team of the company has access to and manages client servers
– The CTO and the tech team is under strict a NDA related to client data
We want to reasure you, your company and your stakeholders that nothing in the above policies will change. The data privacy policies of Voonix can’t be circumvented, meaning that change of ownership can’t and will not cover client servers under any circumstances.
Luckily Acroud AB did not only accept this limitation but was very pleased with our level of commitment towards client privacy.
