The Challenge: Earnings Data Doesn’t Always Match
As you know, Voonix pulls data from traffic reports, which is great for understanding how each source and brand performs. However, there can sometimes be discrepancies between this data and your actual earnings from affiliate accounts.
The Solution: Voonix Earnings Report
To ensure you always have accurate data for invoicing, Voonix has built an Earnings Report. This report collects data directly from your earnings and payout reports in your affiliate accounts.
- Here you get the breakdown of your total earnings for each “Host/URL” (instead of individual brands).
- The report collects data from nine currently supported affiliate systems (with more to come; also available upon request – just ask).
Here’s How to Use the Report:
- Access the Earnings Report from the “Special Reports” dropdown on the left side of the Voonix platform.
- Set the timeframe you want to view data for.
- Filter by specific affiliate systems or view all data together.
- Easily access relevant data points via quick links.
- Select the data points you need for your invoices. Voonix will format the report accordingly.
- Export your data in CSV or Excel format for easy use.
